PeersPro Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our consulting services are advisory in nature, and the final implementation decisions rest with the client.
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled immediately. All consulting materials and proprietary information must be returned or destroyed as directed by PeersPro Consulting.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
