Cancellation and Refund Policy

At PeersPro Consulting, we strive to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our consulting services.

1. Consultation Booking and Payments

All consulting engagements require upfront payment or a deposit as agreed upon in the service contract. By making a payment, you confirm your commitment to proceed with the consulting service.

2. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation Policy: Once the advance payment is made, cancellations are not permitted.

Ongoing Projects: For long-term consulting engagements, cancellations after the project has commenced will be subject to charges for work already completed. Any unused portion of the services may be eligible for a partial refund at PeersPro Consulting’s discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Initial Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where a service is not delivered as agreed.

Project-Based Consulting: Refunds for project-based consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for any remaining services not delivered after deducting charges for work completed and administrative fees.

No-Show or Non-Participation: Refunds will not be provided for clients who fail to attend scheduled consultations or fail to engage during the project without prior notice.

4. Modifications and rescheduling

We understand that business needs can change. We allow rescheduling of consultations with a minimum of 3 days’ notice, subject to availability. In cases of repeated rescheduling requests or delays from the client’s end, additional fees may apply.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions), PeersPro Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative dates.

6.Shipping of Products

Shipping of products is not applicable to us as we are a service-provider company.
